Every company doing servicing and maintenance of machinery uses worksheets to carry out the job. The problem with paper based documentation handling is, that it is quite slow, not legible at times, and requires further data processing when data is recorded in a computerized system.

The other problem regarding paper based methods is that maintenance and servicing often requires looking at the complete service history of the equipment on the spot.

This system allows for freely adjusting parameters, and allows various worksheets and their data handling with consideration to individual needs.

Information regarding the equipment is recorded on the spot, and printed if required.

If electronic signature is accepted by the client, all printing and paperwork becomes unnecessary. The completed worksheets are not modifiable afterwards.

The above system makes it possible to create an updated summary of the completed servicing and maintenance tasks, and to convey it to the clients in periodical break downs

It is also possible to schedule tasks that require regular checks, which help the company ensure the necessary service materials and resources in time.
