A sales person is required to give several business proposals throughout his meetings. Items included in these proposals are selected from a list, with consideration of the special rate of the partner and discounts given in proportion to purchased volume. After concluding the deal they go back to the office, prepare the official proposal, and then send it to the partner. During this period, our client can receive another proposal from another company, but at least lots of time is put into the business deal process, so our chances gradually decrease. With our mobile system not only can we calculate the final amount of the proposal, but we can also print it out, sign it, stamp it and hand it over in an official form to our client, who will certainly receive it unlike those proposals sent through e-mail, via fax or as a recorded mail. This way we can successfully close the process of giving a proposal, with the help of only one PDA.
