The advantage of our mobile invoicing system is, that it makes it possible to immediately give invoices from mobile equipment, and is not dependent on PC systems at a different location. It becomes unnecessary to prepare the invoice in the office in advance, or carry a notebook to close the sale. In case the compositions of the delivered products vary from the ordered quantity, it is more favorable to print out the invoice (or delivery note) only after handing over the products.

We can compose the invoice quickly from the product list; there is no need for adding up numbers manually. After the partner selection we can add the invoiceable products to the list. We can keep the basic individual customer price category and individual discount rate of the partner that the customer already has, but we can also modify it item by item. It is also possible to link serial number to the products if we make it compulsory to add this detail.

It is not possible to go below the purchase price when giving discounts, if we set the minimum price alert. In case the ordered quantity of the items reaches a certain quantity, we can set the price category for a more favorable rate. We have the possibility of giving a bonus gift, in this case we add the item with 0 Ft value to the item list. We can modify the list price manuallyif we do not intend to give the discount in a percentage form.

In case of larger quantities we can link a main-group and subgroup to each item, but it is also possible to select only one type of classification (main-groups) or no classification at all. We are required to include the serial number of each product if we have set this requirement. We have the possibility to create a new receipt faster, by using previous receipts and modify them. This option can also be used to create a delivery note based on an invoice. Under the invoice cancellation or delivery note designer menu option we can simply cancel the prepared receipts.
